Garant\u00edas y limitaci\u00f3n de responsabilidad<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Actuamos con diligencia profesional, pero no garantizamos resultados espec\u00edficos (p. ej., aceptaci\u00f3n de oferta por parte de un candidato).<\/li>\n<li>No seremos responsables de da\u00f1os indirectos, lucro cesante o p\u00e9rdida de oportunidad. La responsabilidad total, en su caso, se limitar\u00e1 al importe abonado por el cliente en los 12 meses previos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h4>8. Confidencialidad<\/h4>\n<p>Ambas partes mantendr\u00e1n la confidencialidad de la informaci\u00f3n intercambiada, salvo obligaci\u00f3n legal. Esta obligaci\u00f3n sobrevivir\u00e1 a la terminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h4>9. Duraci\u00f3n, modificaciones y terminaci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n<p>Las presentes condiciones rigen desde su aceptaci\u00f3n. Podr\u00e1n modificarse con preaviso de 30 d\u00edas cuando el cambio sea sustancial.
