Access to and use of thehunter.tech and our services implies acceptance of these Terms.
2. Purpose and Services
We provide Executive Search, leadership & talent consulting, assessments, training, and professional events. Certain services may be governed by specific terms that complement and prevail over these Terms where incompatible.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice, except for urgent maintenance or force majeure.
3. Accounts & Acceptable Use
- Users must provide accurate, up-to-date information and keep credentials confidential.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent use, rights infringement, or material breach.
4. Intellectual Property
Methodologies, reports, designs, logos, software, and content published or delivered by Huntertech Solutions, S.L. are owned by the company or its licensors. Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license solely for internal use tied to the contracted service. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

5.2. Purposes & Legal Bases
- Service delivery (executive search & assessment), contract and billing (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Legal obligations and regulatory requests (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Legitimate interest for professional communications about similar services with opt-out (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5.3. Data Categories
Identification & contact data; professional/academic data (CV), evaluations, interview scheduling; billing details.
5.4. Retention
For the duration of the contractual relationship and statutory limitation periods (e.g., 5 years), then erased or anonymised.
5.5. Processors & Disclosures
Vetted providers (email, storage, videoconference) under data processing agreements; disclosures where legally required.
5.6. International Transfers
If needed, performed with appropriate safeguards (SCCs, adequacy decisions, etc., Arts. 44–49 GDPR).

6. Pricing, Invoicing & Expenses
Fees are set out in the commercial proposal. Invoices include applicable taxes and are payable as agreed. Extraordinary expenses (travel, per diem) are rebilled subject to prior agreement.
7. Warranties & Liability
- We act with professional diligence but do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., candidate offer acceptance).
- No liability for indirect, consequential, or opportunity loss. Any aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 month
8. Confidentiality
Both parties will keep exchanged information confidential, except where disclosure is legally required. This obligation survives termination.
9. Term, Changes & Termination
These Terms apply upon acceptance. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance. Either party may terminate as agreed or as permitted by law
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Spanish & EU law. Courts of Madrid, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
